Phase 2 of 2015 Main Stem Restoration Project in Golden Valley Kicked off with Bid Opening March 16

Phase 2 of the 2015 Main Stem Restoration Project 10th Avenue to Duluth Street kicked off with the City of Golden Valley's public bid opening on Wednesday, March 16 at 10 a.m. in Golden Valley City Hall. The City of Golden Valley held a mandatory pre-bid meeting from 10:00 to 11:30 AM on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Golden Valley City Hall and accepted separate sealed bids until the time of the bid opening on March 16.

Phase 2 of this restoration project includes the establishment, beginning spring 2016, of native vegetation along the stream. The work will continue over two additional growing seasons to ensure proper establishment.
